Welcome! You’re At Isabelle’s—home to all things tasteful and tasty.

I grew up with a sister three years older than me and a stay-at-home mom who loved all things cooking and crafting. One year, for my sister’s birthday, she organized a pie-making party. I was quite young, and the only thing I clearly remember is sitting at the table peeling what felt like an endless pile of apples. Ever since, I’ve loved the idea of hosting a pie party of my own. Whether with apples in the fall or stone fruits in the summer.

Stone fruits happen to be my all-time favourites: peaches, cherries, plums, apricots, nectarines. I love them all, and August is their peak season! And what do I love to do with stone fruits (besides eat them raw)? BAKE WITH THEM. It felt like the perfect month to finally bring my pie party dreams to life.

We’ll get into the mini pie recipe soon, but first let’s talk logistics.
