Made this last night for today’s breakfast and it was amazing. Had to try a piece fresh out of the oven too! We didn’t have coconut so we substituted it with dates and raisins.
This morning I cut two slices and fried it in a pan to heat it up and get it extra crispy (the crunch on the outside is incredible). Then topped it with Greek yogurt mixed with peanut powder because we also don’t have cream cheese for the icing😅
This was delicious and so moist!!
Love this! Reminds me of the lemon almond Birthday Cake I celebrate with every year.
